Surveying

All land development projects start with having a professional survey of the site, to determine topography, boundaries, and to verify the location of all existing structures, roads, trees, pipes, and other appurtenances. Our survey crews are experienced in gathering this information through high-tech data collection systems. We also provide ALTA surveys for the legal descriptions of land boundaries and ownership functions and construction stakeouts and monitoring. Our surveyors also have extensive experience in platting new subdivisions and revising plats for re-subdivisions of existing lots.
